SPARKZ is a Liverpool-based UK hosting company. We sell web hosting, cloud servers, domain names and Microsoft 365 — and we support all of it ourselves.
what we actually do
Most hosting is sold on a headline price and supported by someone reading from a script. We would rather sell a plan that fits and answer the phone when it matters.
Everything runs on Plesk, which means the same tooling whether you are running a single brochure site or a book of client sites: one-click WordPress, staging, scheduled backups and automatic certificates, without buying add-ons to reach a usable setup.
We are a small enough operation that the person who answers your ticket knows the platform it is about. That is the whole proposition.
We are registered in Liverpool, at 54 St James Street, L1 0AB, and work with businesses across Merseyside, the North West and the rest of the UK. Local enough to talk to; not so local that where you are changes the price or the service.
