I built my site with Lovable, v0 or Bolt — can I host it here?
Almost certainly, yes. Those tools generate a Next.js or React application backed by Node, which is exactly what these plans run through Passenger. Connect the Git repository the tool created, point the panel at it once, and pushing becomes your deploy. If what you exported is a plain static build, it runs on any of our hosting plans, not just these.
Do I need to understand Node.js to do this?
Less than you would think. The one-time setup — application root, startup file, Node version — is a handful of fields in the panel, and our deployment guide walks through them screen by screen. After that, deployment is a git push, which your AI tool can do for you. If you get stuck, the number on this page reaches someone who runs this platform.
Does Next.js actually work on shared hosting?
Yes. Next.js runs here as a long-lived Node server behind nginx via Phusion Passenger — this very website is a Next.js app deployed to this platform from GitHub. You set a small startup file that boots the framework's server; the deployment guide gives you the exact file for Next.js, Express, Nuxt and Astro.
Is there per-request or bandwidth-overage billing?
No. You pay the plan's flat monthly price. There is no per-invocation meter and no bill that arrives after a busy month — the thing that makes serverless hosting unpredictable is exactly the thing we do not do. Prices can change, but only with notice given in advance, never applied quietly to your next invoice.
What if my AI-built site is just static HTML?
Then it is even simpler, and it does not need a Node plan at all — a static build runs on any of our hosting plans. Deploy it from Git the same way, or upload it. If you are not sure which plan fits, tell us what your tool produced and we will point you at the smallest one that runs it.
Can I still edit the site after it is live?
Of course — it is your code in your repository. Ask your AI tool for a change, review it, push it, and the live site updates. Nothing about hosting it here locks you into a way of working or takes the code out of your hands.
