Uptime monitoring

know before your customers tell you.

360 Monitoring checks your site around the clock and alerts you the moment it stops responding — by email, SMS, Slack or Telegram.

The worst way to learn your site is down is a customer telling you — it means the outage has already cost you something, and you have no idea how long it has been running. Monitoring turns an unknown-duration outage into a timestamped alert, which is the difference between fixing it in ten minutes and finding out on Monday.

what you get

Round-the-clock uptime checks

Regular checks from multiple locations, so a single failing route is not mistaken for the site being down.

Alerts where you actually look

Email, SMS, Slack, Telegram and webhooks. An alert to an inbox nobody reads at the weekend is not monitoring.

Page speed tracking

Watches how long pages take to load over time, so gradual degradation shows up as a trend rather than a surprise.

Server metrics

CPU, memory and disk on your own servers — usually the warning that precedes an outage rather than the outage itself.

Public status pages

A hosted status page so customers can check for themselves instead of emailing you during an incident.

Historical reporting

Uptime percentages and incident history over time — what you need when someone asks you to evidence reliability.

common questions

Why not just use a free uptime checker?

Free tools generally check every five minutes from one location and alert by email only. That is genuinely better than nothing. The paid difference is frequency, multiple checkpoints so one bad route is not read as an outage, alerting to channels you actually watch, and history you can show someone.

What counts as downtime?

By default, the site failing to respond or returning an error. You can also alert on a page being slower than a threshold, or on an expected piece of content being missing — which catches the case where the server responds perfectly but the site is broken.

Will I get woken up for nothing?

Not if it is configured sensibly. Checks from multiple locations, and requiring more than one consecutive failure before alerting, filter out the brief blips that resolve themselves. Alert fatigue is the main reason monitoring gets switched off, so it is worth tuning.

Can I monitor servers that are not hosted with you?

Yes. Monitoring is entirely independent of where the site runs, and there is a reasonable argument that it should be — a monitor hosted alongside the thing it watches can go down with it.

Do I need this if my host already monitors?

Our monitoring tells us if the server is up. It does not tell you whether your specific site is working, and it does not alert you. If your site being down costs you money, having your own monitoring that reports to you is worth the few pounds a month.
