Plesk is the control panel — the screen you actually use to run your hosting. It handles one-click WordPress, staging copies, email, DNS and backups from one place. A capable panel is the difference between hosting that stays out of your way and hosting you dread logging into, which is why it is on every plan here rather than sold as an upgrade.
Which hosting plan should I start on?
The smallest one that fits. Moving up later is straightforward and costs you nothing but a few minutes; paying for headroom you never use is money gone every month. If you are running one WordPress site, start at the entry WordPress plan and let actual traffic tell you when to move.

Is cheap web hosting any good?
It depends what has been cut to reach the price. Budget hosting often means a stripped-down panel, SSL that is free for a year and then billed, and a charge to restore your own backup. The cheapest plan here is still a full Plesk account with free auto-renewing SSL, daily backups you restore yourself, and a firewall and malware scanning included — cheap to buy, not cheap to run a business on.
Do you offer business web hosting?
Yes — every plan suits a business site. You get free SSL for the padlock customers look for, daily backups you can restore yourself, a web application firewall and malware scanning, and email on your own domain. When a business outgrows shared hosting you move to a cloud server on the same panel, so nothing about the day-to-day changes.
What is the difference between Flexible and WordPress hosting?
The underlying platform is the same Plesk stack. WordPress plans are provisioned with WordPress in mind — caching and PHP defaults suited to it, and the toolkit front and centre. Flexible plans are the better choice if you are running something that is not WordPress, or a mix of things.
Can I host more than one website?
It depends on the plan — each one states how many domains it covers. If you are hosting sites for clients rather than yourself, look at reseller plans instead: they are built for exactly that and let you bill under your own brand.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes. WooCommerce runs on the WordPress plans and free SSL is included so you can take payments securely. A busy shop is happier on a larger plan or a cloud server — carts are database-heavy, and slow checkout costs sales directly.
Can I run something other than WordPress?
Yes. These are standard Plesk accounts with multiple PHP versions, MySQL databases and cron — Laravel, a static site or a legacy PHP application are all fine. Building in Node.js? That runs on our dedicated Node.js plans, deployed from Git. Only the WordPress-specific tooling is WordPress-specific.
Will you help me move my existing site over?
Yes. We copy your files, database, mailboxes and DNS to our platform, run the site on a temporary address so you can confirm everything works, then switch your domain across once you are happy. Because the copy is checked before anything public changes, most sites move without visitors noticing.
What happens when I outgrow shared hosting?
Move to a cloud server. You get dedicated CPU and memory and root access, and you can put Plesk on top so the day-to-day feels the same. We will tell you honestly when you have reached that point rather than selling you one early.
