What is reseller hosting?
Reseller hosting lets you buy a pool of hosting resources and divide it into separate accounts for your own clients. You control the plans, the pricing and the branding; we run the underlying servers. It suits web designers, agencies and IT support firms who want hosting to be part of what they sell rather than something they hand off to a third party.
Do my clients know SPARKZ is involved?
Not unless you tell them. The control panel carries your branding and your clients deal with you. Some resellers prefer to name us as their infrastructure partner — that is entirely your call.
Can I move my existing clients across?
Yes, and we will help. Migrating a book of client sites is the part that puts people off switching, so we do the bulk of the work with you and schedule the DNS changes around your clients rather than ours.
What happens if a client outgrows the plan?
Move them onto a larger allocation, or onto their own cloud server, without disturbing the rest of your accounts. You keep the relationship and the billing either way.
Do I need my own billing system?
Not to start. Plenty of resellers invoice manually at first and add automated billing once the client count justifies it. If you do want to automate, our reseller plans work with the usual billing platforms.
